## Enabling Diagnostics

RALPH_DIAGNOSTICS=1 ralph run -p "fix the authentication bug"
```

## Reviewing Logs

```bash
# View all agent output
jq 'select(.type == "text")' .ralph/diagnostics/*/agent-output.jsonl

# View hat selection decisions

# View errors
