## Bug Report Responses

For reviews mentioning crashes, errors, data loss, sync failures, or broken
features.

**Template 1 — Known Issue:**

> Thank you for reporting this, [Name]. We're aware of the [specific issue] and
> our team is actively working on a fix. We expect to release an update by
> [timeframe]. In the meantime, [workaround if available]. Please reach out to
> [support email] if you need immediate help.

**Template 2 — New Report:**

> We're sorry you're experiencing [specific issue], [Name]. This isn't the
> experience we want for you. Could you email us at [support email] with your
> device model and OS version? That will help us track down and fix this
> quickly.

**Template 3 — Fixed in Update:**

## Response Best Practices Checklist
